So some good news… according to research it seems that the Quest giver is Alleria Windrunner.Hats off to Habu64. If that is indeed the trigger (completing all of the Mac’Aree questline and doing the dungeon) then we just need to wait for week 3 before proceeding.

Mac’Aree AND Lightforged equipment and followers become available after completing the Argus quests during week 3. Although part of Mac’Aree opened in week 2, the western part of Mac’Aree doesn’t open until week 3.Комментарий от TheAmadaun

Another thing to check is if you have completed Quest: Nath’raxas Hold: Raise 6 Followers to 900 level). I wasn’t paying attention and was frustrated that Alleria didn’t have any quests for me until I realized that I needed my followers upgraded first.Комментарий от gotamah

You geting this quest from Аллерия Ветрокрылая ( i was in the Vindicaar ) standing next to the navigation console. In This Quest you need to do mission В шаге от безумия in your Clas Hall ( you can use table in the Vindicaar ). Back to Her after you will finish mission.Комментарий от Gordolfo

As of October 4th patch, you no longer need to finish the dungeon at all. I got it on my lock and priest tonight (they both finished the Mac’Aree) and I’ve not stepped in the new dungeon. Alleria gave it to me on the Vindicator at the teleport spot.NOTE: On my hunter and paladin, even after I finished the Mac’Aree questline, Alleria would not show up on the Vindicaar deck until I flew the Vindicaar to it’s location in Antoran Wastes, then I got a quest to help Light’s Purchase with Alleria — went down and turned that in, then went back to the Vindicaar, then flew it to Krokuun… and THEN she gave me the Ruins quest.

Putting quests behind follower ilvl walls is a disgusting practice that needs to stop. Shame on you Blizzard. Follower missions is a boring, uninteresting, unrewarding experience and I thought we made that clear after WoD, but apparently not.Комментарий от adamfazai

Had this physical item in my bag after attempting to start the event and paying 2000 mana. I was not transferred successfully and had an error ‘Transfer Aborted — Instance Not Found’.After logout the item was removed.

Do NOT use the Demonic Phylactery as a Warlock to complete the Withered Army Training World Quest. It said i received this in my bags, but it was nowhere to be found, and no reward was given. Opened a ticket after I got the error for the second time and this is what they said:Greetings,
We apologize for being unable to discuss this scenario issue with you. We are experiencing a high volume of tickets right now and are doing our best to get to each and every one as soon as we possibly can.
We are aware of issues affecting customers attempting to complete certain scenarios in Legion, including the one you’ve reported here. Customer support is unfortunately not able to provide restorations for resources or rewards that were lost for any reason, but we are working with our quality assurance team to get any issues investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
Not exactly what I want to hear after wasting 4000 Ancient Mana… ?

The item can probably be mailed and definitely auctioned since wowhead indicates 37k as a buyout price.The item will disappear if you use your garrison hearthstone to go to the nearest auction house. If you are an engineer, you can access the AH in new Dalaran.
I wanted to auction the item in order to keep it as a proof of the bug until the GM answers my ticket.

It looks like they «fixed» it. You still get the message that you’ve received the item, but, instead of actually getting it, you’re sent to the instance immediately instead of using it at a later time.Комментарий от nikolajbo
I actually managed to sell one of these on the Auction House for 1000 g, just to test if it was possible. I used the World of Warcraft Armory App, since I had the item in my mail, and didn’t dared to it.Комментарий от Manniala
Totally useless sh…I do the training on 5 chars every other day to get the Mount, and around 10 times now the loading screen have bugged out for me, nothing loads and after the 2 mins you end up back in the world and you Completed the WQ, but honestly i give a cr.p about the WQ itself.
They really need to fix this, and it can be done several ways.
1. Check if you changed location, if you did not then do NOT complete the WQ nor take the mana.
2. Do not make the WQ complete until you have talked to the NPC on the other side, and you have had your army Summoned, so if you then DC after this point, you will then be outside and WQ have been completed, this at least prevent the WQ to complete on load screen.
Have made a ticket at a time, and they told me they were aware of the problem, but the 2k Mana only takes 10-15 mins to gather and it also spawns every other day, so he sorta did not see the problem… Well i sort of see the problem.

I trade 2000 Ancient Mana to gain access to Falanaar.I was never teleported to Falanaar. I received the item, 75 rep and the message «Transfer Aborted — Instance Not Found»
I tried to spoke to Thalyssra but there was no option to be teleported.
I took the portal to Falanaar but I couldn’t access the scenario (Thalyssra wasn’t at the entrance)
Then I teleport to Orgrimmar and the item was gone, so I totally wasted my 2000 mana for 75 rep
I seems Blizzard still hasn’t fixed this issue and they won’t give the resources wasted back.

Ok so I had the loading glitch happen and, after asking the same question 3 times, I finally got a complete response (plus some other responses to questions I wasn’t actually asking lol — I’ve provided those too just in case):- They WILL NOT refund your Ancient Mana
- They CANNOT tell you/give you what would have been in the loot chest
- They CANNOT give you any of the extra rep you might have earned
- They CANNOT re-start the quest for you
- There is NOTHING you can do to re-obtain the quest
Basically, they’re supposedly working on the problem but don’t have a fix or specific cause figured out. They did say that add-ons seem to be involved and that you can generally avoid this glitch by doing a full ui reset (even if you’re updating your add-ons) if you haven’t done so already. Haven’t been able to test this as the quest has yet to re-appear for me, but that’s the current word from customer support on this nearly 5-month old glitch.
They also provided me with 2 links on Ancient Mana & Rep farming:

Подземные Руины Харнака находятся под упавшим на Говорящий Остров древним городом гигантов Эсагира. В них находится могила древнего короля гигантов Харнака. Руины состоят из трех этажей по 8 комнат на каждом. После Перерождения персонажи 85-90 уровней могут спуститься в Руины для охоты в одиночку или в небольшой группе.
Подземные Руины Харнака располагаются в центре Говорящего Острова, под Руинами Эсагира.
Переместиться к Подземным Руинам Харнака можно при помощи телепорта или Рамуна из Деревни Говорящего Острова. Вход в Подземные Руины Харнака осуществляется через NPC Слуга Гиганта Хадел в 1ой Зоне Исследований в Руинах Эсагира.
В Подземные Руины Харнака допускаются персонажи 85 и выше уровня получившие 4-ую профессию. Первый и второй этажи предназначены для охоты в одиночку, третий этаж — для охоты маленькими группами. На каждом этаже есть центральная комната, с устройством перемещения между этажами и 8 небольших комнат вокруг. Перемещаться между маленькими комнатами можешь через устройства в центре каждой комнаты.
Подземные Руины Харнака предназначены для охоты в одиночку на 1 и 2 этажах и небольшими группами на 3 этаже.
При охоте на 1 и 2 этажах монстры не помогают друг другу, только при убийстве монстра с титулом рядом появляется еще один. На 3 этаже монстры состоят из небольших групп: Накдум, Кракос Кракии и Секнос, монстры из разных групп не помогают друг другу.
Каждый раз при убийстве монстра в Подземных Руинах Харнака повышается уровень угрозы от 1 до 300, когда уровень угрозы достигает 300, то все монстры исчезают и заменяются демоническими копиями на 5 — 10 минут. Демонические монстры сильнее, но и награда за их убийство выше.

Если Император Хелиос в рейдовой зоне: Хелиос был атакован рейдом и перешел во вторую фазу сражения, то в мире Эльморадена появляются зачарованные рейдовые боссы вместо обычных. Призванные зачарованные рейдовые боссы будут существовать 24 часа. Если во время Призыва Хелиоса обычный босс находится на месте, то он будет заменен на зачарованного, если же босса не было, то на его месте появится зачарованный. Если уничтожить призванного босса, то рядом с местом его появления в течение 24 часов будут появляться Разведчики Супериона: Кшана Дельты, Кракос Дельты и Батус Дельты. По истечению этого времени снова появятся обычные монстры зоны.
