It seems that this achievement does not include all the rares that Handynotes shows, and therefore not all rares. For instance, Flamescale is not required for this achievement.

Oubdob da Smasher is from ОЧЕНЬ ОПАСЕН: Убдоб Бум-Бум
Seems this one is bugged, did not get credit from it.
Edit: It’s from the rare world quest, Remember to loot him to get credit.

These rares — Bruiser (Champion Chomper) and Abesha (The Snowbringer) are very difficult to find and are only spawned as a «rare event» (quoting GM).
This might be interpreted as a rare world quest spawn, however there are currently no sources linked to such world quest currently existing in-game.
Doing Adventurer of Highmountain, I contacted a GM in order to figure out where to find these, and this has been confirmed — http://i.imgur.com/rsRZKYN.png

Champion Chomper, Oubdob da Smasher and the Snowbringer are not part of your regular find an elite and kill. They are ONLY able to be done when they are the Rare World Quest, and mind you, they are pretty rare.
However, to ease people’s nerves a bit, I have now completed Champion Chomper and Oubdob da Smasher. I killed Chomper a few days ago and Oubdob today on US live. I have yet to see Snowbringer but as stated before these are rare WQ and can be only completed when they appear. I made the mistake of looking up coordinates and couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t see, kill or get credit.
If you have a smartphone of some sort the new Legion Companion app actually displays when these rares are up because they give a considerable amount of Artifact Power.

EDIT: In my personal experiences, in order for ME to get credit I had to be alive and had to have tagged the target to get credit. I’ve never received any sort of credit when I tag a target, die, then the quest target dies before I get my body.
ANOTHER EDIT: Instead of releasing and trying to run back in time to get credit, I chose not to release and watch the elite die. I did get credit that way.

Oubdob can only found during the World Quest ОЧЕНЬ ОПАСЕН: Убдоб Бум-Бум.
Coordinates: 47.73 — Greystone
Flight point: Громовой Тотем, Укротитель ветров Налт
- from Thunder Totem starts from the upper level and go to the east exit to the «Snowblind Mesa», turn right before the bridge and follow the path along the river. After crossing the next bridge you reach the «Summitcrest Basecamp». From here a path goes up to «Greystone». On the larger area on the right side Oubdob da Smasher wanders around.

Unethical Adventurers is at 52.3, 58.6 in Крутогорье. Take the east road from Thunder Totem to Snowblind Mesa then go north, follow the road and you’ll come to the cave. Loot the treasure inside and a party of enemies will appear (Пак, Ксаандер, Зенобия, Даркфул, Джек), kill them and loot the treasure.
He’s a part of Искатель приключений в Крутогорье achievement, has a chance to drop Слава доблестного героя, Перчатки Джека, Полуперчатки Даркфула, Повязки Зенобии.

Ormagrogg is a world quest boss that is also in that cave when the world quest is available for him but you can still click on the gold mound in the cave while fighting him or after. Ormagrogg is no pushover but while the other faction were busy fighting him I went and clicked on the gold mound spawning The Unethical Adventurers.

Antydas Nightcaller is actually in the small building at 64.4 84.6.Follow the main path south from Lorlathil toward Aszuna and then cut east bound on the dirt path at 57.7,86.7. The path ends at the two story building he is located within.
You will get credit for this piece of the meta achievement not by killing him but loot the chest he refers to when you click on him. The chest is on the other side of the room on the same floor of the building and contained 70 order hall resources for me.

Killing these harpies had to be the most annoying thing I’ve done in Legion so far…as a melee, you just get trapped in their wind blast ability and just sit there doing nothing for 10-20 seconds at a time. To kill these harpies without getting blown off the cliff, especially if you’re having trouble as melee, stand in the doorway of the hut as much as possible. They wont come all the way inside, but when they blow the forceful wind at you, you’re safe in the hut. Circle around behind them once they cast the wind, because they can’t turn on you until they are done casting. Beat them up from behind, then when they turn, run back to the hut entrance before they blow wind again. Rinse, repeat. After you kill the boss and loot, take the sled down the hill, steering until you land near the flight path. WHEEEEEEE!P.S. If you get knocked off the mountain, use slowfall, or use a glider, or use the Emerald Winds toy, or bubble. If you die anyway, you’ll have to run back to the top of the mountain where you got blown off, then jump down to your body. Rez and then use your Flight Master’s Whistle to take you to the nearest FP, and then run back up the mountain to try again.

Don’t go in the hut to fight the first two waves, You will be trapped against the wall inside. As melee, I stayed outside after trying the hut and dying twice. Stay outside but away from the edge of the mountain and you will be able to get out of the wind they generate and get close enough to kill them. The last, the Vilewing Screecher, is pretty easy after the first two waves.Комментарий от Edeta
If you’re having problems and the npc doesn’t have any dialog option try jumping to other realms.On my realm he was kneeling inside the hut and I couldn’t talk to him, but when I changed realm he was standing outside of the hut waiting to start the fight.

Спасибо за труды нашему зарубежному другу Kennox‘у, из комментариев которого и был сделан этот список для аддона TomTom.На данный момент в аддоне баг, как пофиксить.
В папке wow заходим в папку interface\addons\TomTom.
Там лежит файл TomTom.lua, открываем его, например, блокнотом.
Находим строчку
local function lowergsub(s) return s:lower():gsub(«», «») end
Меняем на
local function lowergsub(s) return s:lower() end
Закрываем блокнот, сохраняем изменения.
